Used syringe and condom wrapper found
By the morning of our trip, we didn't receive check-in info and had to phone in to confirm our booking and require check-in instructions, which were a bit confusing. Once we checked in, the property wasn't clean properly and we needed to spend another 45 mins to clean the flat to ensure a comfortable stay. We found tons of leftover rubbish (including a condom wrapper and a syringe) in between the sofa cushions. One of the light fixtures in one of the bathrooms were flickering non-stop and there was no way of fixing it or taking it off. It gave some of us a headache when taking a shower. Though this property is for 4 persons, but only one set of keys was provided. It was a bit inconvenient as we were a group of 4.
