Lovely staff, very polite and hard working. A credit to the hotel. Got there early as we were going to Cricket and left the car there. With forethought we should have booked for dinner as when we got back couldn’t get us in. Usually all hotels we stay in ask if you want a table which is helpful. We were rushing to get to Cricket so never thought. Everything else room facilities were good. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was buffet which usually suits us but Sausages were cold and the rest tepid.

Totally overpriced even for a match day. First room was a 3/4 bed not a double with dirty net curtains. Staff moved us to a better room but definitely nothing to rave about. Staff friendly but definitely will not be returning.

Definitely our new cricket visits hotel
Lovely hotel. We stayed in a very spacious suite, both clean & comfortable. Staff were extremely polite & efficient, even when busy, found time to be attentive. We were there to watch The Hundred at Old Trafford Cricket Ground & the hotel couldn't have been in a better location, literally a 10min walk down the same street! Think we've found our new go to hotel. Very happy all round.

A fantastic hotel
I absolutely loved my stay and I will definitely book again. The staff were wonderful, all friendly and helpful. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable with all the facilities I needed including hairdryer and ironing board with iron. The only thing lacking was hanging space for my clothes but that wasn't really a problem. Breakfast was lovely with everything from beans on toast to a full English. Continental was also available with yogurt, pastries and cereals. A convenient location, easy to find and plenty of parking. Disabled access wasn't great as the one disabled parking space was at the back of the hotel with entrance through the fire doors, which weren't always open. Overall a great place to stay and one I highly recommend.

Property can do with a little updatung, but don't the put you off. The service from the was excellent. Perfectly located for Old Trafford football and cricket grounds. 1 min walk to Trafford Bar tram stop which only takes 18 mins to get in Piccadilly. Will definitely stay again.

1. Mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. 2. Could have done with 2 chairs in the room. Felt the room was spacious, clean and quite equipped and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious could do with more choice for continental breakfast for example Weetabix, fruit yogurt, nutella as well as scrambled egg option and omelette option.

Was given a free upgrade to the main building which was nice. Unfortunately you could hear a lot of noise from outside and could hear everything from the next door room which wasn’t great. The floorboards were squeaky. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Having breakfast included in the price was good.
