Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast and dinner both great in the grill and an excellent modern gym. Best of all though, the pillows, best night's sleep I've had in ages, and will be my regular when in the area!

Stayed the night with our 6 year ahead of visiting an exhibition at The Trafford Centre the following day. The stay turned into an equally special part of the weekend using the pool together and enjoying the great food. Also charged out EV overnight which made the weekend even better.

I would stay again
They asked for a review: Overall I would consider staying again. On site facilities were great. Breakfast although an increase in price between the app and reception of a £1. It is an expensive breakfast, however the selection and quality was worth it on this occasion. Downsides for me: The room was not the best location plus an adjoining door lets noise through and could hear the neighbours until the early hours of the morning! (I know for next time) Towels in the bathroom were heavily stained ! And had to be changed Replacement towels were old and worn. Don’t get a room with an ice machine outside they are on until 21:00. Great idea to make ice available but not next to the bedrooms - suggest moving it a central area away from the rooms. Parking bay’s along with all modern car parks squeeze extra bays in to make the numbers look good but they are impracticable for an easy parking and to get luggage out vehicles. Food over priced (typical for this type of hotel) however the growing trend of adding of a compulsory service charge is just taking advantage! Build it in the price don’t try to imply it’s optional !
