##Space

Upon entering your tastefully decorated studio, you will find a very well equipped kitchenette. You will then access the main space of your accommodation. The apartment is composed of a sofa bed (140cm) on your left, a central dining table and a bed (160cm) on your right. You will also find a shower room on the right side of the bed. And in front of you THE large bay window giving you access to the 8m2 terrace which runs along your entire apartment and offers you this sublime view, maximum light and sunshine. The perfect place to enjoy the magnificent sunset and beautiful summer evenings.

Your studio is on the 9th floor with lift. You will also have a private parking space included in your rental. Places reserved for residents are located in front of the main entrance of the building, but beware these are free of placement so we cannot guarantee you a place on your arrival, or even during your stay. For that your appointed place is there.

You will be only 200 meters from the shopping center and its shops as well as the golf course. A few shops are located at the bottom of the building. The restaurants and bars will be on the other side, on the sea side, a 10-minute walk away. Everything is within walking distance.

Upon your arrival, you will find household linen (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, miniature shower gel, kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, surface cleaner, detergent, dishwasher tablet and washing machine).

## Neighborhood

Cannes Marina is a district of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, a quiet and residential sector with more than 2,000 inhabitants and which is close to various activities.

Its real estate complex located around a private port is composed of 7 residences, each with its swimming pool, manager and green spaces. The port provided for motor boats has more than 1,700 berths. It is fed by the Siagne. The magnificent gardens, the marina, as well as the proximity of the parks and the seaside make the charm of this district.

The proximity of schools, the Golf Old Course, restaurants, supermarket, shopping mall, small shops, as well as the Aerodrome of Mandelieu make Cannes Marina a privileged and exceptional location. Here you can't get bored!

It is a safe and very pleasant neighborhood to live in.

The Cannes Marina district is retained as an architectural heritage of the Trente Glorieuses thanks to the Le Surcouf, Le Concorde and Le Suffren buildings built by the famous architects Eugène Lizero and Hans Barreth.

Comme indiqué, le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse avec la vue sur la marina et les monts de l'Esterel est très appréciable. Le studio est fonctionnel et élégant. seul petit bémol: la cabine de douche est vraiment petite; dur de s'y retourner, pour une adulte de taille standard. Mais le reste est à la hauteur, avec une piscine collective mais grande et bien entretenue. Un séjour très appréciable.
