Apartment with a glimpse of Lake Garda, inside a residential complex with four communal swimming pools and a large garden full of greenery, in Manerba del Garda.

The apartment, located on the second floor within walking distance, consists of a living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, a television, a dining table, and an open kitchen equipped with microwave, electric stove, kettle, and American coffee maker.
From the living room, through French doors, there is access to the balcony from which there is a view of the resindece garden.
The house continues with a room furnished with a queen-size bed and closet; a second room equipped with a bunk bed and closet; and finally a bathroom with shower and bidet.

Guests will have air conditioning in the living room, independent heating for colder days, and free wi-fi.

*Guests can park their cars in the parking lots outside the residence.

*In the residence, guests can enjoy: 4 condominium swimming pools available from 08/06 to 15/09 (one Olympic, one panoramic, and two for children), 4 tennis courts, a mini golf course, a soccer and basketball court, a bocce court, a ping pong table, a children's play area, and an area with condominium barbecue stations. There are also two bars, a pizzeria, and a restaurant open from mid-June to mid-September.

The town of Manerba is nestled in the green hills of Valtenesi, and inland farms offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, horseback riding experiences, local trattorias, and beautiful golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campgrounds and resorts, easily reached by bus, and well connected to major attractions. The residential core is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake, a destination for pleasant walks within the Riserva Naturale Orientata della Rocca e del Sasso, from where it is possible to see much of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

The apartment is a 25-minute drive from Desenzano train station and less than 50 km from Verona airport.
