The facilities were not cleaned properly, trying to get coffee mugs for a coffee was difficult. Booked a queen studio with one bed for a bit more space but got put into a triple so space was very limited. It is very dated and needs repair work.

Was great a have the airport transfer included in the rate. I arrived at midnight, if I had arrived during the day I would have walked out. The cleaners appeared to have done their best but the room & furnishings were terrible i.e. cracked basin, mould in shower, stains on sheets, holes in door roughly repaired & broken safety chain, only to name a few things. There was a picture on the wall with ‘escape’ on it & that’s exactly what I wanted to do! The overall condition of the property was bad. I advise spending another $50 & stay elsewhere, there are a lot of motels & hotels that offer airport transfers.

It was overall great except when checking in during late hours and when receptionist leaves the front doors are locked so you have to wait. But overall nice place.

The courtesy bus took 50 minutes to come pick me up from airport when they said they would be about 20 minutes they where late because the driver had went to McDonald's to pick up tea for a family member

Good place to stay, close to the airport and with a great shuttle service. Bathroom in our room was in need of a renovation, shower curtain had mildew around the bottom. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I appreciated the shuttle, the worker was so calm and patient when explaining where to meet them. I needed to leave something at the front desk to be picked up and theh were very helpful. The food at the restaurants was yummy and I was glad to not have to go out again.

There was a major Worldwide IT crash The morning of my stay. My United flight was canceled. I requested the staff to my TV into any news station. They did not offer any new stations. Apparently they cater the choice of TV channels to their Indian staff more than they cater to their New Zealand customers.
