Clean, quiet hotel in the rather stark modern style. Very new with nice facilities and helpful staff. Located in a warehouse district about a 20-minute ride from Auckland Airport. Quite a walk to the shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off area at the airport.

Disappointing
Eftpos and JetPark systems not talking to each other and at checkout staff tried to charge again for my dinner. Fortunately I had the eftpos receipt so they accepted that.This should have been sorted by the dinning staff as discussed with them. Poor sleep with noise of guests getting shuttle to airport in early hours. Certainly not worth the extra cost for the better room.
