Dayelle Waugh was unbelievably helpful with us since we had to cancel 2 of our 3 nights due to a family emergency at home. She is what we love about staying at Marriott's..excellent customer service. Also, we didn't know the breakfast bar had closed and the staff person went out of her way to get us breakfast. Amazing!!!

People were nice but the room wasn’t. There were dirty socks in the corner by the lamp from previous people. Trash where the coffee cups were. Lamps where unplugged and the toilet was not secure.

The front desk was very friendly. Our room was missing some items like soap on the counter. The room was very warm when we entered. The breakfast was not very good at all. The room was clean and simple.

The air conditioner in our room did not work properly, so no one got a good nights sleep. I told the front desk about it and their compensation for it was an extra 500 points on myrewards, which was never put on there. We also never got the initial points for booking the room.
