No ice machines, you must call the front desk from Alexa to get it. No microwave. Coffee pot doesn’t heat up enough. Refrigerator doesn’t keep anything cold.

This hotel is great. The room is spacious and beautiful. The hotel lobby and elevator area are nice as well. The area is very busy due to its location. If you are a tourist, it’s actually a good thing.
