No ice machines, you must call the front desk from Alexa to get it. No microwave. Coffee pot doesn’t heat up enough. Refrigerator doesn’t keep anything cold.

Everyone was helpful, friendly. Food was good. It was my daughter’s birthday and everyone that we told, made it special for her. Milton was a great server at our breakfast at Sessions.

Fantastic location, hotel was great. We were however shocked by the $40 per night charge added on at the reception desk in addition to the price already paid for the room. When we asked what it was for, we were told it was for the complementary coffee and water in the room! Even if you didn’t want it declining this was not an option. I would not stay here again based on this.

Horrible front desk personnel not friendly at all. The first nite was not pleasant, the a/c unit wasn’t working. The cleaning crew forgot the cleaning stuff in my room!!!! We paid a lot of money per nite for a better service stay! The worse part is that I spoke with the manager and she didn’t care either.

I had a great experience except for the check in was not acceptable. I was asked and told i would get a higher floor. But while checking me in the rude front desk clerk went in the room then came out and said they don't have the room cleaned. It was past check in how wasn't the room available. But when i said something he had the rudest remarks. So end of story i ending up being 10 floors down. And also the young Mexican lady that was seating ppl for breakfast had the worst attitude towards me and my wife..honestly i think cause we were African American. Cause she had the best attitude towards everyone else. But truly this was the best hotel I've been in. .....but don't get caught by the $45 a day hotel charge on top of what you paid for the room.

The property was beautiful! The room was very clean. The service staff was cooperative and attentive. I appreciated the text message saying that my red light was on, so my room couldn't get cleaned. I was unaware of the red light. They came after 5:00pm and cleaned my room. My only criticism would be that the man at the Front Desk told me that our 2 rooms were connected and although they were on the same floor, they were quite far away from each other. When I called the Front Desk, they indicated there were not any 2 rooms available that were connected. The Front Desk man should have never told us they were connected in the first place.
