Great hotel for a family trip
Great location and perfect place to stay for a family vacation with two teenagers. Service staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are updated and very clean. Room cleaned each day promptly. Sessions restaurant is excellent for a drink and light meal. Highly recommend! Would stay again!

Staff is A friendly! Forgot to pack toothpaste the front desk sent 2 up for me and the wife. Food is excellent but the service of the staff on the property is really what stands out. Hard rock hotels in Florida are great too. Glad to see NYC has the same great standard. We will be coming back in the summer!

The Hotel was clean and the personnel were friendly, Except the restaurant. One waitress was rude and didn’t check on our table. We asked politely to come to our table as we wanted to order more drinks. As I paid she expected to be given 18% tips. I only gave her 15%. The waitress added the 3% onto my room tab. I booked this hotel as I was looking forward to eat and hang out on the restaurant roof top. The day of my arrival the staff stated that during winter they closed the rooftop restaurant Sundays and Mondays. The website never mentioned this. That was a big disappointment!
