A nice play to stay
Nice hotel with a very good value for money. Well located in Manatthan, the reception is good and the cleaning of the rooms on request is effective. Rooms seems a little bit old but beds are perfect and comfortable. Will return !

The place is really a dump. But the staff is very nice and they try to compensate. It has good walk ability to fifth and sixth Avenue. No room service or maid service and you have to reserve to have your room clean 24 hours ahead of time. I would not stay here again. Very rundown.

Every day and especially in the morning the other customers from the other rooms or maybe employees that were cleaning would slam doors over and over. Hard to sleep. Hair in the bathtub, very dusty , the floors nasty.

As other reviews have stated, this is a budget hotel. Know that. But it provided easy check in, a comfortable bed, and a serviceable bathroom/shower. Excellent location where a room a block away would have cost me the same for one night as I paid for four nights here. We travel extensively and this will forever be our Manhattan pick. Not fancy, but completely serviceable.

From the very friendly and helpful check-in onwards we had a wonderful stay thank you. Perfect location for both East and Greenwich Villages, the big avenues and excellent breakfast café next door. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else next time.

Staff was very kind and friendly all throughout our stay. Location of hotel was pretty convenient as it was near MSG, was a very walkable distance from subway stations, and had many restaurants nearby. Our only complaints for the hotel was the room itself and the washroom. Everything was pretty small/tight and outdated. There was very little space to put our luggage and our amenities in the washroom. This hotel was on the cheaper so everything mentioned above is to be expected.

I did not stay at this property, although, I had a reservation. I messaged them a few weeks beforehand about my upcoming stay, specified the date, and informed them of a late arrival. They said they would be ok with a late arrival but did not think to check or notify me that the date I specified was not what was reflected on my reservation. I thought I was booked a week later than my reservation was. Hotel would not provide a refund when I missed my stay. Was this an error on my part when booking, yes, however, the front desk should have noticed my arrival date was wrong in my message and notified me. Poor customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE.
