Great location if you looking something in Manhattan. After a busy day over the city you just want a very good bed to rest and this hotel has the perfect. I really recommend this hotel.

The room was quiet, the inside was clean, but lots of homeless around the outside, was approached several times by homeless people. During my stay, I felt unsafe smoking outside. Property was close to everything though.

I like the hotel overall. Decent price for a double bed, the room is clean, staff was friendly. The only thing that is a bit bothers me is they don't provide toothbrushes ( at least should have those for 200$ per night) also their TV and the mini fridge are kinda wacky. The TVs sometimes work and sometimes don't. And the outside of the hotel i’d say it’s kinda sketchy, but I mean it’s a part of NYC anyway so I don't blame them. Not too much sketchy, I generally feel safe here. Sometimes just some homeless wandering around. Overall, I recommend tourist should choose this place to stay if you want to stay near the time square and many attractions. Cleanliness 10/10 Service 10/10 Facilities 8/10

My reservation was cancelled because my credit card had not been updated. I did not see the email because I was moving into an apartment all day and had received an email the morning of check in saying that they were looking forward to our stay. When I arrived at 9 pm, I was told my reservation was cancelled at 6 pm and there were no rooms. My family and I were tossed out onto the street with nowhere to stay. Nobody called me to request a new card. I blame Expedia and Hilton for not contacting me at the phone number on file to request a new card.
