Very well situated with walking distance to all places of interest ( midtown, broadway, Chelsea, village etc). Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The low rate we give the hotel is because they have a constant issue with one of the elevators which is not being fixed for a long time ( at least a week). You can spend more than 20 minutes waiting! Also room are very small and there is no hotel lobby at the entrance.

The hotel is nice, but it’s overpriced for the type of rooms you get. The breakfast selection could be a bit better and if you are not up early enough most of the food will be gone and they don’t replenish it.

Where are the elevators?
Vibrating noise coming from the air conditioner unit all night. We turned the unit off and still hear the vibrating noise. Couldn’t get downstairs from the 14 th floor. We waited 20 minutes and then decided to walk down 14 flights of stairs. When we tried to get back upstairs it took us 15 minutes. They need to do something about these elevators.

Hotel Room: Very Loud & Very Difficult to Sleep
Great location, with friendly staff, reason for lower rating was the excessively loud air conditioning system which made it very difficult to sleep in the hotel room. Even with the AC Unit turned off at nighttime (which was also not ideal) the unit would continue to make loud, disruptive engine-like noises. We stayed five nights, and having brought it to the attention of staff on Day 4, an alternative room was proposed or the noise to be fixed, but no such effort was made. Unfortunately would not stay again, and would not recommend.
