There was a hair on the toilet and would have been nice to choose the flavor of the one free soda provided . Aside from those two things and the banging of not quiet doors slamming shut next to my room, all was fine/well

Competitive pricing. Good location for a variety of activities. Elevators had problems. There was a fire alarm that ended up being a false alarm, and most of the building evacuated. The hotel has a texting app that invites you to the lounge or reminds you about checking out. Why not use that capability to contact people staying during emergencies? Seems like a missed opportunity to keep the people staying feel safe and informed.
