Service was great!! Very nice people working there. Things were clean except the carpet was badly stained in several places, definitely needs replacement. The thermostat did not seem to be working. It was 70 when I checked in, I tried to make it a bit warmer, but it went down to 67.

A True Den of Zen-Like-Peace in Downtown Manhattan
I am hesitant to leave this review because too many people will find out about this wonderful rest-spot in a crazy-busy part of Manhattan. Pure paradise. What a great hotel!

Would definitely stay here again!
We were greeted and everyone was so nice. Room was a good size especially in NYC. The only thing was the doors all stuck so you had to push your way in and the absence of a shower door is a big miss. Water everywhere and drafty in the shower.

Very convenient location in a very nice area Tribeca. It is very close to world trade center. The area is clean and quiet. Property is not fancy but clean and in good condition. The staff are nice, service is good.
