Great place

Perfect place for family. Very clean and up to date. Great location. Only minutes from everything. Only down side is the Beds are more on the harder side, the pillows were perfect, fluffy and comfortable. Would stay again.

Fabulous Place to Stay in MHK

Stayed at this lovely condo with four other moms for Mom’s Weekend and it was the perfect place for us! The condo was so clean and well equipped. The check-in process was smooth and the owner was super responsive to my messages (even when I clearly hadn’t checked the cabinets well enough and asked a silly question). I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Manhattan!

Accommodating Well Decorated Space

2 night stay for a K-State football game

Great location, easy to walk to the stadium. Condo very clean and nicely decorated. We were accommodated with extra parking lot tags which we appreciated. Beds were rock hard though and we slept miserable. Truly never slept on anything so hard and we have a firm mattress at home. Mattress toppers would do wonders.

Six stars!!

This place is fantastic! Very clean and new and comfy. The couches are cozy and the table provides nearby comfortable seating for everyone. I loved they had ice ready and they had fans in every room and plenty of nice plush towels and washcloths. It’s easy to get to and walking distance to The Bill (although we were there a non-game day weekend). Nice big pillows and firm mattresses. They had coffee for the morning and a clean coffee pot. Very nice place and a good price. Thank you for a great stay!

We were coming into town for a quick stay before a surgery. This place was PERFECT. Easy check in, check out. Great nights rest before being at the surgical center bright and early the next day. HIGHLY recommend this property!

Superb location for access to KSU. It’s also handy to Meadowlark where my parents live. It was perfect for 3 adult couples and 2 young children who enjoyed the play area and the pool.

Place was clean and decorated cute! Wish there had been a mirror in each of the bedrooms, and the beds were very hard, but there was plenty of space and 2 nice full bathrooms. The washing machine was convenient, but really loud. Would stay again!

Wedding Dress Shopping

Perfect size, very clean, cute decor, comfy beds and soft towels. Went wedding dress shopping with my daughters, future mom-in-law and sister-in-law, plus 2 1yr old babies. Very baby/kid friendly with no steps or real safety concerns. Didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the pool, but it looked fun. You can see the Wildcat Stadium from the front door, can walk there in a matter of minutes, would love to come back for a game! Amazing location! The management team was very helpful and attentive. Perfect for a weekend stay

Stayed here with wife, daughter (2 yo), son (4 mo), mother in law and grandmother in law while in town for a wedding and all of us loved this apartment. The host was was so helpful and went above and beyond, providing a booster seat and pack and play, reducing the amount of equipment we had to pack. We have already spoken about renting this place again when we are next in Manhattan visiting family.
