The building is well maintained, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Our unit is designed for coziness, ensuring you feel right at home.

Available amenities include swimming pools, kiddie pools, a children's playground, an outdoor fitness area, basketball and tennis courts, and an outdoor lounge.

The lobby is also available for entertaining guests.

The building features function rooms that can be reserved in accordance with property management policies.

Currently, SMDC charges P150 per person per day on regular days and P300 per person on holidays. The pool hours are from 7 AM to 10 PM, with a maximum of 3 guests allowed per unit.

NOTE: If you wish to use the pool, please notify our staff 24 hours before your arrival, or visit the admin office before 4 PM the day prior to pay the fees.

As soon as you book, we will send you a welcome email with all information you need. You must send us back the information we need (ID, contact info, check-in and check-out time, names of occupants) so that we can take care of all the details for you.

Q. Do you allow early check-in?
A. We normally allow early check-in if the unit is available (no client checking out before you). This is because we need time to clean and make sure the unit is ready for you. If they check out early, we will let you know right away. It's just that we cannot guarantee.

Q. Do you allow late checkout?
A. We might allow late check out if no client is checking in before you. There would be a minimal fee for late check-out. But again, we cannot guarantee.

Q. Is parking available?
A. Yes, parking spaces are available at Shore 1 & 3 Residences, Fame 3 Residences, Red Residences, and Bloom Residences. Take advantage of our low introductory rates!
