It was a really nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Very reflective of great things in the Philippines. The breakfast was delicious and I loved the coffee.

I've stayed here several times. Overall it's a great place to stay. One of the elevators has been out of order for several months. This causes delays sometimes.

Ac dod not work in first room properly - after maintenance men told me it was fine i changed rooms We checked out and they charhed me 200 pisos for a missing key - when my wife return the key as she had a doctors appointment a couple of hours later they refused to refund the 200 pisos - really silly The bathrooms- hallways and common areas are not under AC so just be aware I went to the gym and noone was there one morning so i asked at front desk as the AC was off in gym and i would like a towel - sure they replied - 42 mins later attendent shows up w towel - just a ridiculous joke of a quality hotel I will say the doorman was top notch and much appreciated his caring attitude

Great place to stay
I've stayed here many times. I like the location with great restaurants and bars. They staff is great and the room is comfortable. Only issue for me is one of the elevators has been out of order for several months.

Reception full with childrens bossy adetued they will trid you like a stupid person actually they act like they helping you but thats it. For the fairness hotel and rooms are clean but tv have a lot of statics and can not watch anything and they showed up next day TV did not get fixed. Food test and quality terible they do not know diferance from capichino to latte. They will try to avoid get you to the manager and still Manger all says sorry but I felt to just to move on with complains there are much better chiper and more quality hotels around.

Pass on this one.
Rooms were fine. Service, terrible. Location, sketchy. Never before now had a hotel refuse to check me out until housekeeping verified that I hadn’t stolen anything. Breakfast was terrible. Because breakfast wasn’t included one of the staff physically walked with me to the front desk to make sure I was charged for breakfast. I felt like they thought I was a thief. Because of the sketchy location they must get a lot of theft. As a result, all the guests are treated with suspicion.

Room with a view on the 9th floor. Staff told me it was an upgrade. They checked us in early for half-day price. Room was nice, well-appointed and maintained. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked well and as quiet. I enjoyed the pool on the 6th floor. Minor peeve: the jacuzzi temperature was too low even in the evening when it should have reached optimum temperature.

Great location
Overall the hotel is good for the cost. Great location with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was very good. Hotel staff are very friendly. Clean comfortable room with good bed and shower. Only issue was one of the elevators was not working the entire ten days, so sometimes it took a while to get the elevator.
