We stayed in this hotel for almost a week. Vehicle entry to the hotel is up a steep, narrow, and winding alley. The street entry is up a two story staircase without elevator. The front desk servers and room staff are competent and friendly. The restaurant food we ate was under seasoned and poor quality. The restaurant and cafe staff border on incompetent. In one incidence, they left us unattended for several minutes, later bring one menu for two people. They failed to ask about the food, additional needs, empty plates, and requests for a bill. In one case, we waited more than 15 minutes before getting the bill, change, and a receipt after asking three people. Only the manager of food and beverages resolved the problem. Cafe staff requested payment, and then attended to other guests, phone calls, and waiters while letting you wait for change and a receipt! Room: the shower stall is mouldy. Next door noise is audible through the wireless router. The window blind is top-down and prevents using natural light if you also want privacy. Room lights are very dim and there is no light near mirrors to enable clearly shaving or placing make-up. Unnecessarily heavy duvets preordain using air conditioning (most Philippine hotels). Air conditioning in the hotel is excessively cold; thereby increasing the risk of getting sick from outdoor to indoor temperature changes. Excessive electricity use burdens the national system, increases the cost of electricity, pollution, and taxes.

Stayed for 5 days before my flight to Bali. Loved the ambiance, the masculine aesthetic of the spacious room, the friendly staff, the buffet breakfast (wish more fresh fruits were served though). As it was scorching outside, didn’t really mind staying inside my room most of the time. This property will be my hotel of choice next time I visit!

Great service and courteous people all around from the front desk: Michaela, Jam, Lorraine & Pat to the dining area: Lucas, Prince, Hannah, Glad, Ella & Zildjian(egg station) are great accommodating service oriented people with very positive attitude! Even the guards are so quick and helpful. They’re ready with umbrellas just so to keep us dry in & out of the hotel when raining. Thank you for making our almost a week stay so enjoyable. First time in B Hotel
There was no expectation at first but I was surprised that B Hotel is a very nice property. Check in was fast as front desk personnel Jam was well trained. Room was also good but bed was too hard for my back and power switch was not thought through. Food was great and service of Levi during breakfast was superb. But during dinner food took 45 mins to be served which really irritated me and service was very poor as nobody bothered to check.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding selections. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complain I have was the carpet at the floor hallways. It smells bad when the humidity was high and it was so hard to roll our luggage on the floor carpet.
