I have enjoyed staying at this property for several years now. I have always given this property high marks in service, convenience, location, and staff/personnel. The only issues I encountered during this stay are the shower (water temp) and wake up call. The water kept going from warm to cold to hot and back to warm. I addressed this with the hotel management and hopefully they will be able to resolve the problem before I return in November of 2025. The other problem is the front desk staff failure to put into their system a wake up call. This only happened twice, the last one being the day I was checking out. I went to the front desk the night before checking out and ask for a wake up call and it never occurred. Lucky, I have set my own alarm clock as back up, however, I shouldn't really have to. It would have been a mess if I have missed my flight. Maybe this is a staff issue or training issue but hopefully, they will get it together. Other than that, I really like this hotel and is looking forward to staying here again in 2025.

Well situated for business around the Makati area. Grab makes it easy to get about predicably. Hotel staff very nice. Excellent value for money relative to some of the "brand name" hotels.

I love this hotel. The service was top notch. Darius and Coleen were professionals and courteous. They checked us in when we arrived early with a room upgrade. The room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenities. The area is very busy with restaurants, bars and convenient stores. My fifth time to stay there.

Another wonderful stay! The most hospitable hotel! Staff is very warm and welcoming. Shii and her front desk staff were very efficient and accommodating, assigning me (unasked) to a room with a great view, upper floor. Darius welcomed me at the door by name, and he hadn’t seen me in 5 months! My housekeeper, Aina, was very efficient, detail-oriented, and remembered and daily delivered on a couple of minor requests: a couple extra towels and toiletries. When passing in the hallway, she always greeted me by name. She kept my room spotless. Love the bath rain shower head and hand wand option. The room and bathroom lighting is as bright or dim as one would like. All in all, outstanding customer service. One downer, unfortunately during breakfast at the hotel buffet. If one purchases a particular room package, the buffet is included. I chose not to, to keep my breakfast options open. In contrast to other hotels, guests do NOT get a guest discount at the buffet or at the other restaurant; they pay the same rate as someone who comes in off the street. So there’s no enticement to keep a guest in the hotel for meals! Strike 1. Strike 2: it took an extraordinarily long time to get a Coke with my meal. My server Zye, was exceedingly apologetic, and I saw him make at least THREE follow ups with the other staff. Finally I got got fed up (pardon the pun) and requested to speak with the restaurant manager, Junrey. He was nice, but buffet needs to step up their efficiency & customer service.
