I have enjoyed staying at this property for several years now. I have always given this property high marks in service, convenience, location, and staff/personnel. The only issues I encountered during this stay are the shower (water temp) and wake up call. The water kept going from warm to cold to hot and back to warm. I addressed this with the hotel management and hopefully they will be able to resolve the problem before I return in November of 2025. The other problem is the front desk staff failure to put into their system a wake up call. This only happened twice, the last one being the day I was checking out. I went to the front desk the night before checking out and ask for a wake up call and it never occurred. Lucky, I have set my own alarm clock as back up, however, I shouldn't really have to. It would have been a mess if I have missed my flight. Maybe this is a staff issue or training issue but hopefully, they will get it together. Other than that, I really like this hotel and is looking forward to staying here again in 2025.

This is an excellent property right in the heart of Makati. I used to stay at the I'M hotel across the street but in terms of the service and the attitude of the staff I find this much better.

The only downfall to this hotel is the elevators, there are not enough, I could stand in line for 10 mins with a lot of other guests waiting for a lift. It really gets bad when groups of people are either checking in or checking out.REALLY BAD, everything else was great.
