Unpleasant Accomadation
July 24: I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were dark and dingy with tiny windows that offered no view, making the space feel cramped and uninviting. The showers were incredibly small, and the overall cleanliness of the room was far below acceptable standards, leaving an unpleasant feeling. The worst part of the stay was the behavior of the front door staff. There were always three to four doormen aggressively jostling for tips, which was excessive and uncomfortable. Their rudeness was particularly noticeable towards female guests, which is completely unacceptable. This kind of behavior not only made my stay unpleasant but also felt quite unsafe. Due to these issues, I had to cancel my 7-day trip after just one night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.

During checkout, they asked me to wait until the maid checks the room. I waited 10 minutes and finally I told them that I had to leave for the airport. I explained I had not taken anything and even if I had they have my credit card deposit. I walked out and the staff tried to stop me but I was able to leave. When I got into the taxi they tried to stop the taxi from leaving.

Perfect Place to stay
We had an extended stay here, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk was very helpful and the front door concierge men made us feel like family, and even looked out for us when we would wait for our rides or go walk around. The hotel gives a very luxurious feel when you walk in and they have daily breakfast buffet for a small fee. Their rooftop bar has excellent service and 2 for one drinks during happy hour and is next to the pool which was great. And their spa services were just what I needed to help ease travelers aches. I also love that they are centrally located and you can walk to anywhere in Poblacion from there. I would highly recommend Coro hotel, and as a matter of fact we are planning another trip and this is where we plan to stay again

Mispelled name messed up my booking.
My last name was completely mispelled by your booking system. Email confirmations are all accurate and the app info. At the Hotel my (the third) was spelled incorrectly and instead it was read as Lii. Took them almost half an hr to figure out as well as almost 10-15 mins over the phone for the confirmation inquiry.

The property is amazing and I like the andante room since it has a sink, dishware and microwave unlike some hotels. Staff is amazing and helpful. Hotel is super clean as well.
