Great location if using Victory Liner which is just out back door. Hotel is small and old, but is being renovated. This was my third stay and I noticed my room this time had an updated shower and bathroom. Some rooms can be noisy as the hotel is between the bus station and a major highway. Reception can arrange for price negotiated taxi service of 350 pesos to airport which I consider reasonable. Small restaurant in building and food is local and reasonably priced. Hotel has wi-fi.
Hotel Staff were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast changed daily which is nice and its tasty
The hotel facilities is alright but a bit old and no elevator. Water didnt work on our first night but got fixed the next day. The shower were a bit hard to use and hot water was quite weak in the shower

its perhaps a 2 star hotel, limited food menu local food only. staff is okay , the area not so good.
Room was much smaller than looked in photos, literally had two foot of room to walk. the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold, bed barely big enough for two, walls damaged, located at the bus station, so very loud, But at least the staff let us check in early, we were exhausted
No HOT water to shower with !
Noise all night from busses next door
The food was very ordinary also could not buy a beer of any type
NO I will never stay there again !!!
It is worth of the budget, very convenient to those travelling/transient going North. It's located adjacent to VL. The family room we choose is satisfactory, the staff are very courteous and they allowed luggages for safe keeping (we have to pick ours after 10hrs - roamed MOA waiting to watch for a concert in the evening, scheduled was early morning the following day) after check out.
It seems odd,,cos i was expecting that i hve 2 singlr bed on my reservation...bt its just and single bed for 2 which is very inconvenient....the aircon is not that cold...and if u add cremier or sugar u need to pay additional.wow....so odd...bt the staff were accomodating.
The whole hotel stay went well. Staffs were accomodating.

Place close to bus terminal
If you need a place to sleep for the night because you have another trip tomorrow by bus or plane, this is highly recommended for you. Just make sure you are a cowboy-type, not easily distracted by noise and 'hotel-y' type of room is not in your checklist, then this is the right for you. I think room rate is a little bit too high for the room - especially the aircon, noise and bathroom equipment is not that high quality. I got easily distracted by the bus honking early in the morning and throughout the day. They should sound proof the hotel if they really want it to be 100% comfortable for all the customers.
My only reason of stay is to rest before boarding victory liner bus to Baguio.
Facilities is quite bad. It shouldn't be name as hotel in a very first place.
