Property and facility is amazing - well kept. Dining selection is not as grand as other top tier hotel I have stayed in. Food was good and decent no complain there’s. Just not as extensive selection for buffet. Staff was super friendly and amazing.

Grand Hyatt BGC is by far my favorite place now to stay while I’m in Manila. The staff and service was top notch and not to mention the facilities were excellent and clean. The breakfast Buffet was excellent with almost all the cuisines that my husband and I love. They were additionally very accommodating knowing my husband had recently had surgery. It is a 20/10 for us! See you soon GH!

Great location, staff, and the room was great. The breakfast buffet food was great with a few different cuisine options. The pool restaurant was amazing. Everything we ate at the pool was delicious. I would recommend getting the nachos. Overall great experience.

We liked our upgraded room. The room upgrade includes free refreshment. We did not like the small serving size of food and have to wait in line several times to get the food. Flies in lobby priority seating area. Poor customer service.

We absolutely loved this grand hotel, Everything was top notch. If I was going to nitpick to find anything to say they could improve on it's the showers. They leak into the bathrooms and you need a towel to dry it up. plus you can't put a towel behind the shower door because the door is too low and it gets caught. not a big deal really. the hotel is amazing.

The Grand Hyatt Manila has exceeded my expectation when it comes to fine hotel and services. The breakfast buffet that we stayed for 4 nights, three days were wholesome with proper service and etiquette. One of the server named Mono has brought me and my girlfriend with great enthusiasm and cherishable while he was serving us. We highly recommended to visit here again because of the great service and location this hotel has brought to our vacation :)
