Enjoyable stay as always. Staff was very nice. Clean rooms. Just hoping that they would put proper exhaust system in their toilets. Not sure if this goes true for all of their rooms but our room had no visible or audible exhaust fan but had a small window that opened to outside.

Need management attention
Need pest control. Lots of cockroach. Even i already call the attention of front desk. This morning wifi is terrible .
Staff is very friendly and polite, however when I requested to replace my towel they did not change it. They provided a towel with stains on it. I see some very tiny insects in the washroom not sure what.
My first room had a major ant infestation, my second, the shower did not drain properly, ac did not cool the room and the towels were gray and threadbare. This hotel needs better management.
Nice hotel, consistently clean and staff is helpful. Area is a bit rough, with lots of people begging and homeless people. I have never had a problem in 8 years coming here. Close to Robinson Mall
I have nothing negative to say about my stay and the hotel itself. Everyone is courteous and professional, the room is what I look for, no-frills but has the basic things I need during my stay. I plan to book again soon.
Excellent stay as always. Close to my favorite restaurant,which is just a five minute walk, and it’s open 24 hours! 15 minutes walk to the mall. Very relaxing you just want to stay in the room and not go out….
No microwave, fridge, you have to request to staff to store your food. Due to door key card is low battery, I have to request assistance to open door. Staff members promise to fix it by 10:00 am. When I return still not fix for door can't be able to open. Front Desk help promise to fix the door won't open but not successfully done by maintenance employees when I return. I have to reminded that door won't and key card not able to use.
