I like the modern setup, but the hotel should provide proper toilet paper and soap in the washrooms. Additionally, I would recommend better training for the staff on customer service guidelines, particularly regarding queuing.

For young people it would be easy to walk from the hotel to the centre of BGC. But for older people like seniors on hot weather it would be hard to do. But market market and SM Aura is very close if u want shopping and eating.

Overall good experience

The hotel is very nice, new and modern. The room is very nice with good amenities. The memory foam beds are fantastic. We did not care for the breakfasts much and the only other issue we had is that the bathroom lighting is dim. It is hard to shave, and for a woman to do makeup.. Overall a nice hotel.

Hotel is very busy, shows business is good. Generally clean but not spotless. Service can be a little more quicker. Shampoo and body wash dispensers were empty upon checking in.

There are some beggars near 7/11 parking area beside the hotel. You have to walk cross the stress to get food. Also during breakfast, the waiters just take the plates without asking if it is ok to take now

Nice, newly renovated hotel close to SM Aura which has a lot of casual and nicer restaurants. It is also walking distance vyo Market market where you can shop for souvenirs. It is clean, comfortable and spacious room. The only little inconvenience is that it is right in front of a very busy street both for pedestrian, cars and motorcycles. But it also has a traffic light so it is not dangerous to cross. It has no restaurant on site but lots of places to eat at SM Aura across the street . Also a 24 hr 7-Eleven bright beside it

Great location but bathroom smells like sewer

Pros: excellent location, affordable, newish and modern Cons: lots of people crossing the road, pollution in the area, stinky bathroom - smells like sewer. Had to place the trash can on top of the drain to minimize smell. Kitchen has awkward design. Limited power outlets.
