No sound proofing …
The sound proofing is so bad, I can literally listen to my neighbours. A kind of free entertainment but I am sure you don’t want to listen to the sound of toilet flushing from your neighbours. The staffs are not very professional, lack of clear communication overall as I went their restaurants and the rooftop bar.

Did not have my reservation when i arrived and not given anything in return for the hotels error... staff unwelcoming... "free massage" with reservation is only 10 minutes, laughable... staff woke me up an hour before checkout to tell me to leave ontime or i would be charged... my king bed was two single beds at different heights poorly matched...needs new management and modernization

VERY slow check in process. 6 front desk staff with 4 monitors. Took 45 minutes to check in and there was no line. Just took my passport then told me to have a seat. No explanation given, very unfriendly, no eye contact. I felt I was annoying them by checking in. Once in the room, nice stay. Pool is unique but limited sun. Good central location to nightlife and felt fairly safe.

A Pleasant Stay with Some Room for Improvement I recently had the pleasure of staying at this establishment, and overall, I was quite satisfied. The staff were courteous and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. However, there were a few areas that needed attention. Unfortunately, my floor had a persistent pungent smell, which I couldn't quite pinpoint, but it wasn't pleasant. I hope the management addresses this issue soon. The buffet was delicious, but I was disappointed to find no vegetarian options. I hope they consider adding some plant-based choices in the future. On the positive side, the sauna and spa were wonderful treats that helped me relax and unwind. The gym, while not fully equipped, was sufficient for a daily workout routine. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It could get busy, but grabbing a cab or food wasn't too difficult. Despite some minor drawbacks, I'm more than happy to return to this place and would recommend it to others. With a bit of improvement, it could truly excel.

My room drainage at the shower and sink seems have a problem, I raised concern about it but it wasn’t fixed during my stay, as their engineer department says it’s “normal” so i let it be since im tired from my flight. Front desk staff czannel doesn’t have sense of urgency, keep me waiting for 20 minutes just to reactive my keycard. I wonder why they don’t have access to override such thing. Simple troubleshooting might help. Customer service is not genuine, non-chalant all the time. Thanks to elle for assisting me, specifically for my dry clean laundry that was on time.
