Rooms are neat and clean. Staff are very polite and helpful. Price affordable without compromising the quality and service. Jinjiang will be my go to hotel for a quick stay whenever I am in the city. Thank you Jinjiang.

The room was suprisingly nice and clean. Breakfast is appropriate for the price. But I didn’t like that when I asked for ice, they didn’t have it. So, I went to nearby convinient store to buy ice & asked the kitchen stuff if they have a bucket I could put my ice…unfortunately, they don’t have a bucket either.

I always stay at this hotel. Front desk personnel and security officers are very friendly. Room is clean, simplicity. Convenient to walk to nearby mall.

Staff are very helpful and always seem to remember me. Was a bit of noise on my floor but would help if the doors had a sound seal around the trim to help. Otherwise it's a good hotel. Good if you like a quiet place to rest

Smart TV now working when I check-in; The room a bit dusty - visible from the TV LCD; Fixtures need an upgrade (i.e. tables are uneven, cabinet is not properly attached to the wall); Aircon is leaking and noisy. All are reported to front desk and checked by maintenance/housekeeping and received an response 'it's like that' which is not appropriate. I even requested to transfer to another room but it seems no room is available.

It was a great stay. The check in was quick and easy. I was immediately assisted by the staff from in to out. Amazing stay! Only downside was a minor leak in the bathroom but overall, amazing!

Excellent location for self-budget business trip; 10min Walk to MRT3 railway station, easy to book Grab, so many restaurants and malls at walking distance. Love the hot water for shower; very strong water pressure.
