The front door had no lock, it had a black with the electricity over 8 hours. Other residents were walking in my home while I was sleeping. The socket in the kitchen was broken. The communication between management was none.

So dirty and to much cockroach. When I enter to the unit I already see cockroach, and also inside on the bedroom.
