Area is trashy but to be fair it is after New Year's eve. The city leaders need to have an army of cleaners to clean up the place after the event. The hotel is a good stay. I been going there for 12 years. Hotel staff is very professional and respectful.

This is my 4th time staying here and i enjoy the location and fits the needs of just needing a place to sleep/relax nicely. No frills. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. As well as having Shooters next door as a 24hr diner/bar works well. From here its easy to walk to the nightlife in Poblacion as well as get to other areas.

The staff were very helpful and professional. I did not research the area well . The surrounding areas were very dirty . The hotel itself seemed to keep standards which is good . Keeping the stray dogs out of the door upon entry is useful . Room cleaning service was excellent..front desk staff were excellent

Budget hotel, 2nd time I stay here. Cleanest budget hotel in problacion, also the best located to walk for food or shopping. Not much amenities but you won’t need. 5 stars, will book here again next visit.

It was clean. Front door was so nice and helpful. Front desk friendly. Cleaning staff so helpful providing towel and amentities. Thye need to be paid more for their hard work. Negative the room was extremely small i stayed at another red planet and it more spacious for same room. All the soap dispensers by sink and shower were broken. Also clearly prostitution near shooters bar and we went there for breakfast. That element is too close to the hotel and makes it uncomfortable. Would not recommend for people with kids and families.
