Spent one night overnight in transit. Hotel modern and clean. Area around the property white average, directly opposite terminal 3. Good grab pickup/drop off point, and the gym centre was great

Needed to stay here in between flights as it's near the airports. Decided to give it a try. PRO: near the airports. Suggestion: Cleanliness can be improved; bathroom sink and shower grout needs cleaning; air-conditioning in the reception area and common hotel areas can be improved. We were given a room right next to the construction works hence couldn't rest well.

Service Done Right!

Booked a runway suite for my toddler who loves airplanes. We had the perfect view for plane-spotting at the 11/F, but the AC was acting up due to extreme heat that day. We had to move to a lower floor, but couldn't really fault the staff for this. All the staff we encountered especially Duty Manager Mosh and FO Angelika were very helpful. They knew exactly how to assist us and were excellent at customer service. The queen bed was also one of the comfiest we've ever slept in. Savoy Manila turned out to be such a pleasant surprise. Seems unassuming, but it certainly over-delivered especially when it came to its best assets-- its people.

4.5 stars. I only deduct a half a star due to the price of the breakfast buffet. The buffet is ok, but not worth the price. Beyond the restaurant, this hotel is excellent. It's a comfortable place to stay for multiple nights, being close to restaurants, coffee, the Newport Mall, and of course terminal 3 of the airport.
