3rd time stay in seda qc, still the same top notch quality and service. spacious rooms, polite and helpful staff, awesome breakfast.it is now in front of the new solaire casino. the walking distance to trinoma and ayala vertis north are all plus points to the property.

The room was not clean when we arrived - there were crumbs besides the sofa. The spoon on our table appears to not have been rinsed properly and still had water/soap marks. The internet connection is not strong and this was a surprise because the Ayalas own Globe Telecom. The staff was okay though.

I booked two rooms, after I booked online, i called up the reservation in 5 days in advance to request for a adjacent room, reservation staff told me they can’t make any requests, it should be on the day of check in. The day I’m scheduled for our check in, the front desk told me they don’t have available adjacent room( i knew beforehand this will happen) that’s why i called up 5 days earlier after i booked to make sure the adjacent room. It’s very disappointing.. not gonna stay here in Seda again. Poor service!!!

Was looking for a hotel in Quezon City and this was perfect!…Near the malls and restaurants so it was very convenient for me….Initially I booked a room for 5 nights, but because of bad weather,I extended my stay an additional day….i liked everything about this hotel: Location, the friendliness of the hotel staff, the cozy rooms & bed…Will definitely return here in the near future!…Highly recommend!
