Property is in the middle of everything . Classic design, spacious and very clean . Newer, whiter towels are needed. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Easy, comfortable and very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend.

I have been staying in this hotel everytime I have a meeting or convention in Manila since it is easy access to everything and closed to the malls. Though the hotel needs updating it is convenient, clean, feels safe and homey. The security, bell boys and housekeeping are very helpful and friendly. The front desk….probably one or two who you can tell they like what they do and the rest were just there because they have to. Not very helpful at all. Everytime I go there it takes forever to check in and check out. The last time I was there it was the worst. It took more than 40 mins to check me out and some customers were already cussing of frustration since there were only 2 in the front desk and the other 3 you can see were just going in and out and not helping at all. Very frustrating. Hopefully, it’s either they change or update their computer system or all be helping as a team when there are a lot of customers waiting. But overall this is a good hotel.

Walking distance to SM Mega Mall, Podium and Shangri-La Plaza and Robinsons Galleria Ortigas. The executive suite was huge and the staff were great. Slightly dated in the main tower, tower 2 rooms have been refurbished, but still great value for money 👌

I like that we had a big unit with 3 bedrooms and a kitchen. Bathrooms need upgrades as well as furniture in the living room. We can hear the noise from unit above us dragging their chairs. Air condition needs upgrading in masters bedroom. Robert restaurant manager is amazing letting us order ahead as we have a late arrival and he even set up the food in our unit. Front desks staffs and security and housekeeping all polite. Hotel is close to shopping malls. It was overall a pleasant stay.

Was once a very nice hotel to stay at, was always our 1st choice. Needs refurbish desperately. Services require updating. Bath blocked, Ceiling leaked. Took a long time for maintenance to come see the issue. Nevre fixed the issues properly.

Everything about this hotel would have been excellent. The decor is a bit dated and furniture has seen better days. Not necessarily a deal breaker. BUT, I did see roaches near the elevator area. That alone would make me hesitate booking here again.
