The 105 square meter apartment in penthouse style consists of a sunlit spacious living room, two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, an airy, bright conservatory, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. All rooms are designed with white Macael marble. The central air conditioning system allows either cooling or heating. Our apartment can accommodate up to four people.
You have an unforgettable panorama view from the living room and the 97 square metres terrace on the sea, the long sandy beach and the Costa del sol.
On clear days, the view goes to the mountains of Morocco.
In the Mediterranean garden is a swimming pool with sunbathing area as well as a direct access to the approximately 150 meters from the sea beach. For this you use an underpass which is left up exclusively to the guests of the flat complex. In addition, an underground parking space is available. An elevator contributes to your comfort.

Free WIFI

Not only beach lovers will get their money's worth. Many renowned golf courses are located in the immediate vicinity. Also culture and sightseeing are not forgotten. Only think of Gilbraltar, the old town of Estepona and Cadiz, the glamorous Marbella, the picturesque Casares and the legendary Ronda. Perhaps you are planning a day trip by speedboat of the approaching situated Algeciras to Morocco.

The Apartment was very spacious with a very large deck showcasing amazing sunrises. Thomas was an excellent host, very thorough with many help full suggestions for dinning and shopping. He was very quick to respond to questions. A car is essential to have since there is not allot of shopping/ grocery stores within walking distance. The pool was closed when we arrived because of the drought along with the showers and washrooms along the beach, which was disappointing but out of the owners control. The deck views were awesome but the sound of the car noise when on the deck was annoying. There is a 4 lane highway close to the deck side of the apartment. Overall we would recommend this apartment and would consider staying here again in the future.

Trip to Spain for Solheim Cup
The apartment is clean, Heidi is very friendly, views are great, and the outdoor patio setup is very nice. Central AC worked great in the unit as well, which made it very comfortable for sleeping. The location is great, as it’s close to many restaurants and supermarkets. I will say that if you are going to rent a car, be sure to rent a small, compact car, as we had a large car and it was difficult to park in the tiny parking spot in the underground parking garage. Be sure to bring 100 euros in cash, as this covers the cleaning fee due to Heidi the day of check in. The beach access is great, although the walk is a bit lengthy through a semi wooded area. I will also mention that some amenities that Americans might expect to be included such as additional toilet paper, sponges to wash dishes, salt and pepper in the kitchen, etc. are not included. This is very minor, but wanted to point it out for Americans renting this property. Overall, we had a very positive experience here and would recommend if vacationing in the area.

Superb penthouse style apartment with spacious terrace area over looking the Mediterranean Sea with wonderful coastal views. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Very safe and secure with underground private parking and lifts. Well maintained gardens and fabulous communal pool. Good location for touring the costa del Sol and Andalusia region. Only slight negative is the apartment is next to a busy dual carriageway and there is a lot of noise when outside. Overall though it is a first class apartment and the host Thomas and his house manager Heidi were always available if required.

Aldea Hills end of Summer.
This is a spacious comfortable apartment with a fabulous view. Wonderful terrace. Well equipped. Plenty of open space around and easy access to beach / ecology area for walks. Fabulous weather. Very relaxing. One or two chiringuitos in walking distance but a car will be appreciated to ease access to Duquesa and beyond and for larger supermarkets. Negatives: proximity to A7 makes some road noise inevitable. May be possible but we could not access TV in English. Replacement electric kettle required - none seriously impaired our holiday. Thank you.

amazing aparment
We spent the whole July 2022 in this apartment. The apartment is very spacious inside, plus there is a huge terrace with the direct amazing view on the swimming pool area and on the near beach. The flat was full equipped (wi-fi, washing maschine, dishwascher...) and very clean. The big advantage of this flat is the underground parking lot with the lift.The sandy beach is available through the tunnel under the main road. The beach was clean, mostly there were only a few people. There are smaller beach bars/restaurants every 500-700 m. We made many trips to Estepona, Gibraltar, Malaga, Cadiz... We were vere satisfied in this flat and we spent a great time there. Thank you Thomas to provide us his flat. Radek

Wonderful Villa with fantasti views
We had a lovely 2 weeks at this Villa. It had a lovely big balcony where you could sit out & it had everything we needed such as a washing machine, dishwasher etc. Fully equipped and was not far from Estepona, some marinas etc. We also visited Gibraltar. You do need a car to get to the supermarkets & restaurants. If we went to Manilva again, we would definately think of booking this apartment again. Thank you to the owners. Thomas was most helpful right from the booking process . The directions he gave us to the apartment were excellent. We were given a very friendly welcome by Ursula she showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of tips about the area. The apartment was very well equipped. The terrace was lovely and we enjoyed many meals out there. The view was lovely. The pool was large and very welcoming. The gardens are immaculately maintained. You can walk to the beach through a side gate and under the underpass. We visited many beaches as the apartment is well situated . We visited Tarifa after reading Thomas's information emails. The kite surfers were amazing. All in all an excellent apartment . We will definitely return . Thank you Thomas for sharing your lovely home.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön und sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Innerhalb der Wohnung ist es bei geschlossenen Türen absolut ruhig und nichts von der Straße zu hören. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und der Verwalterin war hervorragend. Allerdings sollte ein Fahrzeug unbedingt vorhanden sein sonst kann es mit einkaufen oder sonstigem etwas schwierig werden.

Traum- Apartment mit Autolärm
Ein traumhaftes Apartment mit wirklich allem Komfort. Die Lage ist der Hammer, es gibt eine Garage, einen Lift von der Garage zum Apartment. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden- schöne Möbel, gute Betten, ein schönes Bad, genug Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, moderner Herd mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Bügelmöglichkeit, TV - auch mit deutschen Sendern,Radio, WLAN, eine Wahnsinns- Terrasse mit Möbeln und nicht zuletzt eine Traumaussicht. Schade ist es, dass eine stark befahrende Straße sehr nah am Haus vorbeiführt und dadurch eine Lärmbelästigung von uns als ziemlich störend empfunden wurde. Wir wussten von der Straße, waren aber doch vom Ausmaß des Lärms überrascht.

Herbsturlaub in Manilva
Wir haben zum zweiten Mal unseren Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Der herzliche Empfang von Frau Gärtner ist nicht zu toppen, schon da fängt der Urlaub an. Wir hatten recht stürmisch Tage dabei, so dass wir bis spät abends den schönen Wintergarten genießen konnten. Dieser ist ein echter Gewinn. Die Anlage/ Garten und Pool sind sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Für uns hat alles gepasst und wir werden wiederkommen.

Schönes Appartement mit allen Vorzügen
Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für fast 3 Wochen gehabt und verbrachten dort einen entspannten Urlaub. Das Objekt ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von der riesigen Terrasse hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer und den Strand, die Tiefgarage hält das Auto immer schön kühl und auch sonst ist alles da, was man für einen sorgenfreien Aufenthalt braucht (stabiles und schnelles WiFi umgegriffen! 😊). Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Betreuung und die Kommunikation mit Herrn Bauer bzw. Fr. Gärtner, jede Anfrage wurde schnell und umfassend beantwortet und das mit einer Höflichkeit und Freundlichkeit, für die wir und besonders bedanken möchten. Auch die Tipps des Vermieters (Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Märkte etc. in der Nähe) waren sehr nützlich und wir haben viele davon einem „Raxistest“ unterzogen 😉). La Pagoda ist sehr zu empfehlen, uns hat es sehr gefallen!

El apartamento la Pagoda es realmente espectacular. Muy amplio y con todos los servicios necesarios para pasar unos días estupendos. La dotación de servicios es muy amplia y la casa está en unas condiciones impecables. Mención aparte merece la terraza, 100 metros cuadrados para disfrutar de las vistas al mar y de su comodidad. La única pega es el sonido de los coches que pasan pegados al apartamento de la carretera A7, pero te terminas acostumbrando.

Ubicación y vistas perfectas.
Un apartamento genial, bien ubicado a un paso de la playa, con acabados y decoración muy buenos y menaje muy completo. La urbanización tranquila, con vecinos educados y la piscina grande y con espacio de sobra para todos. Si es cierto que la contaminación acústica es alta debido a la carretera, pero el dormitorio está bien aislado y la proximidad a la playa y las vistas impresionantes lo suplen todo. Para repetir sin dudar, cosa que a ser posible haremos en futuras vacaciones.
