Nice safe place and clean.
My girlfriend and I found this place for a nights stay impromptu and glad we did. It was clean and quiet. The mattress was hard but suck is when you pay less than $100/night. We would stay there again!

this motel is a perfect location in Manitou Springs. It is affordable and clean and within walking distance of many things. I would stay here again for sure.

Room had a moldy smell, when i went to use a wash cloth a bunch of nats flew out of it. Bath tubs plug don't work and shower head leaks all over. I think the smell made me get sick in the middle if the night. Woke up with swollen eyes and stuffed up
