Just wanted to share that the staff did a great job to correct the errors during our check in. That being said, there were quite a few problems that we encountered. We booked a two night stay, but it was only in the system for one night. We wanted a king size bed but were given two queens. One all of this was squared away we couldn't very into our room due to the card reader malfunctioning, to the point that it had to be reprogrammed. This also lead to issues every time we tried to get into the room and would only open the door after multiple swipes.

Everything was ok but the parking was so full one night, we had a hard time squeezing into a spot. One truck had parked horizontally taking up about 6-8 or more spots with the trailer and four or so other vehicles had parked in a way that they took up two spots. There are not clear lines on the ground to direct people to they parked 4-5 ft apart which took up a lot of space. It was also pouring rain so it was more of a bummer to find parking further away.

Everything was wonderful - loved poolside with chair and table. Breakfast was excelent - wishI had pictures - good food and great choices Staff was very professional and friendly room acces was nice. liked the availability of ice This hotel should teach other best westerns how to "do it"

It was quiet, breakfast was great, staff very nice. My daughter left her phone by the pool and an honest person turned it in. The only thing was there was a red stain on the sheets. Not blood. Looked like the color of kool aid.

Nice sized hotel and the pool/hot tub area are great. The hot definitely needs a refresh in the rooms. Most of the staff were great and so helpful. The room keys often had issues due to a really old system but the staff were always nice in resetting them. Location was great for our needs, just hope they do some renovations to make rooms brighter, doors safer, and new carpeting/bedding!

There was a baseball tournament in New Ulm & they were very noisy with loud music until 1am. There is only 1 elevator in the hotel at the very end of the building. Very unhelpful with a lot of luggage or if a person has trouble taking stairs. Poorly laid out building
