I booked and paid for a room online through Expedia, but the front desk people would not honor it and they were rude about it. I was left stranded at 10:30 at night with no room. And when I asked for the price of another room they jacked up the price. The hotel people were even uncooperative with Expedia on the phone and still wouldn’t honor the prepaid room. Thankfully, Expedia came through and helped me get a room at another hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! THEY DO NOT HONOR PAID RESERVATIONS AND HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY! THEY WILL REFUSE TO ACCOMADATE A PAID RESERVATION AND GIVE YOU A ROOM! THANKFULLY AFTER CONTACTING HOTELS.COM AND THE OWNER REFUSING TO SPEAK WITH THEM REGARDING THE REFUSAL TO GIVE ME A ROOM, HOTELS.COM HAD TO OVERIDE THE NO REFUND POLICY. PLEASE BEWARE AND DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS MOTEL!!

This hotel no longer exists and OYO has not removed its listing despite apparently having been notified and told to remove for months. I arrived in the middle of the night during a long drive up the east coast to find I did not have the room I booked and had to continue driving.

Made reservations on July 1. Arrived at location (couldn't go inside at all at any time, had to ring a bell for someone to come to the window) to be told they have no reservation and that they are no longer affiliated with hotels.com due to nonpayment from them to the hotel. We were then charged $70/night/room as opposed the $48/night /room. The sign in the window quotes $100 deposit (website was $50). The blond lady (didn't get her name and she was very friendly the whole time) then told me she wouldn't charge us the deposit, that it only applied to "certain people". We were given rooms 107 and 108. She stated that 107 had been having a/c issues and to let her know if was working or not, it wasn't. She switched it to 120. Both rooms had a fridge, only one had a microwave. Some of The amenities listed on the website weren't in the rooms. The ice machine didn't work, the shampoo/conditioner packets were so old that they were unusable. We had issues withe key cards half the time, had to ask extra towels and toilet tissue. On the other hand the room was clean enough, we parked right in front of the room and it was quiet. All in all, we won't be staying here again. I feel like hotels.com owes us some sort of compensation for the check in issues we had and for having to pay more than we had expected. We shouldn't be penalized for a tif between businesses, that's their issue, not the consumer's. Not to mention we are out of rewards credit due to us for staying. have pics can't add

Even though I confirmed reservations 6 weeks before, after driving 5 hours, when I check in at desk, I am told that the property does not recognize reservations for the advertised room rates on Expedia. I was told that ‘if I didn’t like it, I could just go on down the road’ Thankfully, they had rooms available, even though they smelled awful and had roaches and ash filled ashtrays left in the room and were $50 more than the Expedia price. Thankfully Expedia refunded my money, but do yourself a favor and pass over this property and don’t believe the price! Most disgusting property EVER. Negative 10 stars!!

When I got there the sheets were changed. I payed for 2 double beds and he gave me 1 king bed. Upon arrival he had me give him 65 cash because Expedia charged me wrong according to him. And when. I went into the room and I told him it wasnt what I paid for. He wanted me to give him more cash. DO NOT GO THERE FOR ANYTHING!!

Just awful and misleading
Booked at the price on the website once we got there for check in the owner said it would be 40 dollars more the site was wrong and also another 50 dollar deposit. We tried to cancel the reservation but it wouldn’t let us because the owner already had us as checked in. They gave us a handwritten receipt on a business card that stated the hotel as County Inn and not the name of the business. When we asked why it was more expensive than the site the owner closed the glass and said to take it up with the website. His wife came out and tried to explain but we couldn’t understand her. We forked over the extra money because we couldn’t get back what we put in but it was a terrible experience.

Just don't.
Just don't. The place is on a back road, rooms were truly disgusting. There were holes in the ceiling in the bathrooms, bugs in sink, no towels or even soap. This was the only hotel for hours off i-95 on a recent road trip with my family. We booked on hotels.com not expecting much but "scrubbed clean" ad made us think it would at least be clean. We got there and the front desk demanded more money and a deposit. They gave us a room with one bed, then they demanded even more when we asked for two, even though our reservation said 2 double beds, 4 people. We did it because we were desperate to rest and it was almost midnight. Hotels.com was incredibly disappointing when I reported these issues and did not really take it seriously. After spending an hour on the phone, they told me hotel would get back to me. The hotel did not admit any wrongdoing and hotels.com is unresponsive when I contacted again to report the outcome. While I didn't expect much out of this hotel, I expected to feel safe and have my reservation honored. I also expected much more from hotels.com when faced with an issue.
