Publié le 2 nov. 2017 sur HotelsLa chambre était froide, en température comme en ambiance. On a trouvé deux-trois cafards ce qui n’arrange pas notre opinion.. heureusement le café était à volonté et la literie très confort.

The hotel rooms were very outdated and the shower curtain rod barely was in place as well as the showerhead. Overall the room wasn't horrible, just the bathroom

Fire alarm went off two times after 1 am waking us up rooms were in desperate need of updates

Poor upkeep room was absolutely disgusting spilled water on the floor and napkin was literally black when I was finished cleaning up the water. Sink had stains as if the prior guest spilled something and it wasn’t cleaned up. When I went to use telephone was filthy and had someone else’s hair stuck to the receiver, had a king bed with three old pillows and one was literally yellow and dirty. Workers had a condescending attitude so it was pointless to even bring up these issues. Oh and I had booked the room for three nights day two I’m sleeping and someone literally tried to use the key and open my door, no knock before or anything I literally had to yell don’t come in here called office and said that someone tried to access my room and he nonchalantly said oh they were seeing if you needed anything like what they had to try and open the door to see that. Never will I ever book at this place again

The place was very dirty. Room was disgusting. Couldn’t even get clean sheets for the bed. I had to go buy disinfectant to spray the bedding but we were so tired from being on the road we had to just deal with it.
