"I stayed there with my 18 yo son. The house is brand new and doesn't look like anyone has ever stayed there. The owner's are wonderful and you can't beat the location. It's 10 min to Vineyard Haven. 10 min to Oaks Bluffs and 10 min from Edgartown. This house feel like staying in a high end hotel and the interior if beautiful. I can't recommend this house enough."

"The house is lovely and the pool is awesome. Further, there are ample places inside and out to both congregate and isolate. Hosts were responsive when needed. And it's just a beautiful home and property. Everything w/r/t the House Instructions was fairly clear and straightforward - probably the only things I'd suggest would be clarity around Trash Day (it was unclear if trash should go out Sunday or Monday night), and what days the groundskeepers and pool folks come by only so that guests can be prepared to get out of their way if needed."
