From the moment we arrived it was a mess. There was no one to help with the valet parking. Once you enter the lobby it took nearly an hour to check in! The staff were infriendly amd no info was provided regarding the hotel, activities or or amenities. I felt like l was bothering them honestly. The hotel/room were okay. There were hardly any activities (or they did a horrible job advertising it) would not return.

I would like to get my money back because the two days that I was there they move me on the middle off the night because it was a Racon stock on the air ducks of the air conditioning conductors, When we got back from dinner on one of the closest it was a lot noise and my wife got scare She couldn’t go to the bathroom because it was sounds like the Raccoon was going to fall off the ceiling on the one of cloth-sets where the they had the save box to put in our personal documents .

Hugo was a terrible bartender at the pool bar, it looked like he hated his job. It was such a hassle and just overall rude. They hated that we had music even though the pool has no music or any activities. We did not get our room until 5pm when check in was at 3pm. Also, stairs everywhere - not handicapped friendly. The restaurant and rooms are so far from each other. Overall do not recommend - stay at Barcelo or Tesoro if you’re staying in Manzanillo.

The property was in excellent shape the staff was short people. They did not provide a map of the property in web or locate of room on web as help was not available. The rain season was here and vehicles to rooms were uncovered providing rain to enter the vehicles. No covers available. Breakfast was excellent good value. Las Hadas is rated at four to five stars It's lack of attention to details is very apparent. Value of price was good for what was offered.

Lots of walking required and multiple stairs. A huge sprawling complex. They do have golf cart transport for handicapped, but takes a lot of time place to place. It’s 50 years old and elegant, build without elevators. Nice pools and private beach. Food good but not really gourmet, even the speciality restaurants.

Such a beautiful place! There is so much to soak in. The food is great on the weekends. The spa was fantastic. The rooms can use a little updating. Our patio door didn’t lock or close all the way. A few lights didn’t work. Maybe some detailed cleaning would be nice. The front reception wasn’t to helpful , maybe it was just the one female, she didnt seem to knowledge. Other than that, it was a great stay!!

It was raining. We asked for transportation to the Delfines restaurant, the driver did not let us know that it was closed and did not take us all the way to the restaurant because it was too slippery for the car tires, so I had to go down a set of stairs and I slipped 3 steps down. Ended up full of bruises and bleeding on my left foot. The restaurant had closed 20 min. ago. We were calling for transportation to the lobby and we were told they were coming and to go up the stairs again to wait for the golf car. We waited 35 minutes in the rain and did not come. Came back to the restaurant and called again. We went to the restaurant next to the lobby it was not open yet. Most of the time we asked for transportation we were ignored. We asked for water using room service and we were told that it had a charge. We couldn't walk to go get the water because there are lots of stairs and I was hurting due to the fall. The next day we had breakfast in the buffe, and they were arguing that we had to pay for the breakfast too. Terrible experience

Very outdated hotel
The room smell like a very old room, like a wet towels that is inside the room, kept there for such a long time, smells rotten. They tried to fix it but there was no way. Staff were rude in the front desk. There were 2 buses of people that arrived when we there, imagine the chaos.
