O apto é bom, chuveiro bom, camas e colchões ok, sofá da sala pequeno, acomoda 2 pessoas só, tv com poucos canais! Choveu e não pudemos sair todos os dias, sinal da internet tava péssimo e sem tv , com criança, foi tenso! A Cris foi super atenciosa, no geral o ap é bom mas precisa de alguns detalhes de melhoria como porta do armário da cozinha, assento do vaso do banheiro da sala! Falei com ela sobre e ela disse que resolveria ! Então da pra ir de boa!

Apto muito bonito e confortável,tudo novinho,valeu muito á pena,tem um quintalzinho com churrasqueira q faz a diferença tbm,a única dica q daria pra proprietária,seria umas xícaras maiores pra tomar café com leite,e um pouco mais de talheres,nós fomos em 2 e não cozinhamos,mas se for um grupo maior,pode fazer falta,mas de resto excelente

Apesar da proprietária ter dado todo suporte pegamos dias com muita chuva e o local não tem esgoto é fossa,e com a chuva começou a transbordar a caixa coletora e o mal cheio era insuportável, aí como tinha outro apartamento vago no andar de cima ela nos transferiu para lá,estava tudo ok,se fosse alugar novamente pegaria o apartamento do andar de cima que não tem esse problema com o mal cheiro.

Primeiramente, quando chegamos ao local, havia um esgoto a céu aberto no qual tivemos que atolar o pé para conseguir entrar no portão. O portão era minúsculo, para conseguir entrar com o carro tinha que fechar os retrovisores, se não o carro não passava. Após isso, quando entramos no imóvel já nos deparamos com o ventilador de um quarto quebrado e, por isso, tivemos que ficar o dia todo no local aguardando o conserto, ou seja, perdemos um dia de praia. Além disso, a geladeira não funcionava. No anúncio diz que é para 8 pessoas porém cabe no máximo um casal. Tinha um sofá de 2 lugares, 6 xícaras e 4 copos, ou seja, não tinha estrutura para 8 pessoas como diz no anúncio. Em uma das noites, nos deparamos com um sapo no quarto, ao lado da cama que minha filha de 3 anos estava dormindo. Após ver que o anúncio era totalmente falso, conversei com a proprietária do imóvel e perguntei o que poderia ser feito para eu me retirar. Ela disse que poderia devolver 50% do valor caso eu saísse no dia que cheguei. Porém, não tinha como encontrar outro lugar para já passar a noite, visto que estava com a minha filha de 3 anos e meus pais idosos, e não teria outro lugar para dormir. No outro dia encontrei outro lugar, porém ela disse que não poderia fazer mais nada. Os ventiladores de teto não davam conta do calor que fazia. Não tinha um armário para guardar os mantimentos e por isso tivemos que guarda-lós no chão. Resumindo, foi um pesadelo passar minhas férias naquele local. Não é um lugar habitável, principalmente com crianças. Não dava para sair à noite por conta do esgoto e da chuva, já que não tinha asfalto e ficávamos ilhados pois as ruas inundavam. Não recomendo nem para seu pior inimigo.
