The property and staff were very nice. The houseboat was set up very nice with everything someone could want for a short trip. It is walkable to Publix and sombrero beach (2 miles one way). One downside is you do hear the roosters and the air-conditioning through the thin walls. You are pretty close to your neighboring boats on the deck facing the water. There is ample air conditioning units (3) to keep the unit cool, however likely not a lot of insulation which may be something to consider if you're traveling during the hotter months. Overall, great stay and very good value.

Was amazed at how clean the boat was. Two standard size beds, 1 kids bed in the loft and a full shower. Great location and quiet other than the roosters lol. We will be staying here everytime from now on

Spent most of a week in one of the houseboats, it was super clean and comfortable. It was a real nice alternative to a hotel room, fun to watch the fish and manatee from the balcony and the view was awesome too, we will return!

We saw a manatee right at our boathouse so that was great. It didn’t have an oven so that was interesting making dinners especially since the BBQs didn’t have propane and when we got a tank we couldn’t use it because we needed a wrench to open the valve. It was centrally located in the Keys, so that made for easy traveling. We enjoyed ourselves.

Lovely location, gorgeous outlook & we loved the houseboat, everything you needed and all seemed very clean & new. Made use of the free bikes to go to Sombrero Beach for a well needed swim but nice to come back for a chilled evening on the houseboat. Jo wasn’t there when we arrived but keys left in arrivals box which was great a we were early. She was very friendly & helpful when we met her the next day.

We enjoyed our stay here. Pros: houseboat is roomy, good air conditioning, plenty of pots and pans, dishes. Coffee pot available. Had extras of towels including beach towels at the main office. Being able to access the cabana beach club (ten minutes away) was a great plus as they have a beautiful pool and private beach access. The best part of the boat is having the manatees come by. Cons: you are not allowed to fish off the actual boat and I rented this so my husband could easily fish. It does not state on the listing that fishing is not allowed in the boat. Cleaning fee is a bit steep for no daily housekeeping service.

Great place to stay in Marathon. We were able to see manatee right from our deck several times during our stay and it was a peaceful, convenient location. Publix was within walking distance as was a good pizza place. We rented a boat from them and had a great time for an awesome deal. Only cons, if you are staying with multiple people there really isn’t any privacy. No oven. Roosters crow all night (I am a light sleeper but thankfully I brought ear plugs and slept fine). Overall would recommend and stay again.
