The villa boasts a private double underground garage, providing secure parking for your convenience. Step inside the ground floor to find a covered terrace with an inviting outdoor dining area. On this level, there is one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a back patio featuring a washer and dryer.

The true highlight awaits you on the second floor with the magnificent roof terrace. From here, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the pool, sea, and the mountains of Marbella. Additionally, there is a sofa bed for two persons on this level. The first floor features two more bedrooms and one bathroom.
