155 m2 luxury apartment, totally renovated. Tastefully decorated in detail and located in THE SANTA MARÍA golf housing development in one of the fanciest areas in Marbella. The urbanization itself counts with 3 swimming pools and exceptional views. Restaurant, shops, supermarkets, golf, anything you may need!



Guests have full access to the whole property. We provide towels and bedsheets as well. AC and heating (Samsug silence technology). Free Wi-Fi (Speed 100mbps), French TV channels free access and Netflix and Amazon prime video also. Undergroung parking lot with lift available.

The success of Marbella is based on an exceptional micro climate formed by the mountain that protects it from the noprth coldness and its proximity to Africa. You barely get more than 32 degrees and winter reaches a minimum temperature of only 15 degrees. In winter, on a sunny day, we walk during Christmas in the streets with only a sweater. More than 3100 hours of sunshine a year (practically the double of Paris). June / July with 12 hours of sun per day on average. Probability of rain in june and July: nule (source: I personally have never known the rain in Marbella. The Mediterranean cuisine is at its peak, then we are in the world cradle of olive oil (35% of world production within a radius of 200 km), fresh seafood and tapas by hendreds. But it is also about amazing wines, and all that, at very reasonable prices compared to northern Europe. And of course, the famous Spanish Chiringuitos. Restaurants feet in the beach sand every 50m. The apartment is new and provides total rest. Frédéric and Luwana rely on a top comfort mattress, electric shutters, and ultra quiet air conditioning system. The terrace is large and very nice. If you do not like birdsong in winter, or summer crickets, you will not be comfortable !! The kitchen is a must. So everything for your favorite coffee in the morning (Nespresso, filter or Italian coffee maker), oven, microwave, a freezer, what to steam, induction hobs, washing machines and dishes, a mini wine cooler (essential to Marbella to enjoy his wine even whith 30 degrees). Many leisure activities, Golf, Shopping, sea ... We have also installed a French TDT and IPTV: Norwegian, British, Irish, Danish, Dutch, German, Italian, Luxemburg, and some Arabic Spanish of course that will allow you to follow the news or see your favorite programs. Whenever we go down to Marbella, I suggest to my wife to stay down there and rent our house in Madrid!

Elviria, Discover the Best of the Costa del Sol Elviria is a peaceful and safe location just a few kilometers east of Marbella’s town center and is often described as having some of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol along with the best beach clubs, such as Nikki Beach. It is also the favorite destination for those looking to relocate permanently. Elviria is a favourite location with tourists and residents who wish to reside in the suburbs of the greater Marbella area. Elviria is conveniently located; just 6km (4 miles) from the old town of Marbella and 45km (27 miles) from Malaga international airport. The area is well equipped with services, amenities and entertainment facilities and being a coastal resort many properties are within walking distance to the local beaches. During Marbella’s summer season, it is Nikki Beach that attracts the celebrities and international jet set. The club’s famous annual ‘White Party’ held in May signals the start of the summer. Then in October, the ‘Red Party’ marks the end of the season. If rubbing shoulders with the Elite is not your idea of fun then there are plenty of more low key venues frequented by Elviria’s international population such as the Beach House and White Pearl Beach.

Fabulous
What an amazing place. Such a beautiful villa. Naturally beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed every moment there. Definitely need a car. But as we were all into fitness, we walked everywhere. Wir waren insgesamt 9 Personen. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Zimmer mit vier Betten. Die 9 Person muss allerdings im Wohnzimmer auf einer Ausziehcouch schlafen. Bei uns war das kein Problem. Frederic ist sehr angehnem und er findet für alles eine Lösung. Es gab einige Kleinigkeiten, die uns aber nicht gestört haben, schließlich sind wir im Urlaub und es war im großen und ganzen sehr sehr schön. Alles war gut. Vielen dank für alles

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours dans ce magnifique appartement et nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Je reste toujours très méfiant avec les intitulés " appartement de luxe" mais là je valide en totalité le commentaire laissé precedement par Danielle L’appartement très beau et très propre et décoré avec enormement de gout Couchage top qualité et cuisine hyper bien équipée ( Machine à café Nespresso et cave à vins...) Une terrassetrès grande, 2 salles de bains en marbre impeccables. Résidence très bien entretenue de très beaux jardins 2 piscines dont 1 très bien encadrée et surveillée avec transat ce qui permet de pouvoir ce reposer. Parking sous terrain AH OUI le plus pour les enfants? TV XXL + WIFI très haut débit. Je remercie Frederic pour sa disponibilité, son accueil et ses précieux conseils pour notre séjour Je recommande car nous sommes extrêmement satisfait. Merci et très certainement à bientôt

Séjour enchanteur, calme et détente totale, température idéale, cette location sur la cote andalouse restera un souvenir ineffable. Au centre de la costa del sol, cette zone offre de multiples possibilités de dépaysement : montagnes, plages, gastronomie, villages Andalous (surtout Ronda), tout ce dont on rêve pour oublier le stress et la morosité. L’appartement très beau et très propre. Le couchage est vraiment de qualité. On y dort trop bien, avec des matelas queen size « somnifèrant » que je veux dorénavant chez moi, des volets électriques, et on n’entend même pas la climatisation. Top !! Le mobilier est de haute qualité, la cuisine est très bien équipée (même une vinothèque pour les vins) avec une terrace très grande, et les 2 salles de bains (+ WC) tout de marbre revêtus sont impeccables. Les sols aussi sont d’ailleurs en marbre. Le coin siesta avec le chant des grillons, sans commentaire… Les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse sont un régal ! La résidence est très bien entretenue, beaux jardins et que dire des 2 piscines elles aussi magnifiques et parfaitement entretenues. Proche des plages, des restaurants, des sites touristiques d'intérêts, de Marbella, tout est génial avec cet appartement, d'ailleurs, nous le réserverons certainement pour l'année prochaine. Merci à Frédéric pour sa disponibilité pour ces whatsapp nous donnant toutes les infos nécessaires. Nous recommandons. On ne va pas en vacances pour regarder la télé, mais savoir que l’on a accès au TDT Français, c’était quand même pratique!
