It was not highlighted in advance that the apartment is directly above an Irish pub. The first night the noise from the pub kept us awake till 3am. Otherwise the apartment was ok.

An adequate, value for money apartment, tidy and clean. Complex a bit dated and no real receptionists. Pool area good but the reserving of sun beds that never got used as bad as I’ve seen anywhere.

Very disappointing appearance on the landing to our room was covered in plastic & cardboard. Giving a very dirty appearance. This was because they were going to paint the walls. This didn’t happen during our week. The man who checked us in was less than helpful, when we asked if we had evening sun on our apartment he said he didn’t know. The directions to our room was vague. During our week there we had to redirect two different families. To make up for the lack of English they should have a simple A4 room lay out. We were waiting for our bins to be empty up to Wednesday so it would be collected by the cleaning staff. We spoke to the manager and we would get no room cleaning as we were only staying. He told us to bring the rubbish to bins outside the hotel. On tle plus SIDE. He gave us a change of towels and replaced rubbish bags. GREAT points, when we arrived on Sunday there was milk, water, tea & coffee for us. Theres a lovely view of the sea, there are ample tv stations, good free Wyfi also lots of books and videos to watch. Everything you need in the apartment you need for cleaning. Would we go again, YES

The flat number 330 was great but my friend also booked in and had a disappointing experience as it wasn’t as advertised - not 2 proper bedrooms but one double bedroom and 2 very small singles with bunk beds. As you can’t see the exact flat you are renting through the website because an agency looks after many in the building be careful about the actual flat you are booking and speak to someone first if possible.

Nice hotel close to the beach
The location of the hotel is right on the beach. Accommodations are great. The hotel rooms have been remodelled, at least the one we stayed in. Owners were kind enough to leave at bottle of water and milk fir those that arrived later in the evening. Nice personal touch. Be prepared to pay for pool chairs and ocean chairs. The pool is not heated so it's really icy cold as is the ocean. That was the only downside.

best location in Marbella due to the fact it was the first complex built back in the day.. clean an tidy but quite frayed at edges due to age.. accomodations are 2* but you will pay 3* prices in high season due to its location, there are much better complexes for the same money locally, but they are way out of town and there's the rub..
