Resort is very comfortable. Pool and hot tub are nice. For some reason, we couldn’t use the fire pit. Evenings were chilly so it would have been nice. Food at restaurant was good. They need to elevate the quality of the coffee in rooms and reception area-Folgers doesn’t cut it.

Gulcin in the spa was AMAZING. She was extremely helpful and crafted a perfect spa relaxation experience for my wife and me during my wife's birthday celebration getaway. Thanks so much! Michelle and Judy in the 290 Brewery Restaurant were also great and provided excellent customer service. The young lady in the Wine Tasting Room provided an informative and enjoyable tasting experience as well. Thanks so much to the staff. The grounds were pristine and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

First thing when we walked into our hotel room, the smell was horrendous. I couldn’t sleep all night because I kept sneezing a smell like mold the nasty carpet they have. I felt very unsafe because the smoke alarm has been disconnected/not there The chair was unacceptable.
