The Oleandri residence consists of several privately owned apartments, located in a quiet, fully fenced area just a few steps from the beach of Procchio. Surrounded by greenery, the four-room apartment is on the ground floor and has a large equipped outdoor area. Procchio is a well-known locality, a small village overlooking the gulf with a beautiful sandy beach. On Saturdays, it hosts a market with local producers, and in the center, there are boutiques, bars, and restaurants. Boat rentals are available on the beach.
The Oleandri apartment is located on the ground floor, has an independent entrance, and consists of 3 bedrooms (2 double and 1 twins with trundle beds), 2 bathrooms with showers, and a kitchen-living room that opens onto the outdoor area equipped with tables and chairs for outdoor dining.
