Beautiful views from this 4th floor condo overlooking Smokehouse Bay. This 3 bedroom 2 bath condo at The Esplanade has a western exposure and is decorated in a Tommy Bahama motif . The master has a king bed and the guest bedrooms have queen bed and a set of twins.
The Esplanade has several amenities close at hand and in the surrounding area such as restaurants, shops, 5th Avenue Coffee, Coldstone Creamery Ice cream shop, grocery store across the street as well as many other amenities on site.

Amazing and beautiful condo!
The views from the balconies are amazingly beautiful of the canal! The condo provided everything we needed for a very relaxing and wonderful experience. We enjoyed the property and all it had to offer including the fitness room, the beautiful pool, and property dining and retail on beautiful views of the canal. Thank you a wonderful experience! We definitely will return again!

Family vacation on Marco Island

Esplanade Condo in Paradise
Our family enjoyed a blessed vacation in Marco Island at this wonderful 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Condo at the Esplanade. It is an ideal location - walking distance to almost everything. Tigertail Beach is close by. We enjoyed all aspects of the condo from the pool to the local restaurants. Great layout to dine in too. Sunsets over Smokehouse Bay are beautiful as well from this 4th story condo. Grateful that the management company did acknowledge one cleaning issue and it was resolved. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful Views
This is a great property convenient to almost everything. The condo is above 3 restaurants and within walking distance of more. There’s a grocery store across the street and shopping is a short walk away. We enjoyed watching boats come in and out and people watching from the balcony. Although it’s a busy location, it becomes very quiet by 10pm. The kitchen is well appointed, the only thing we would have liked is a cookie sheet. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, noodles, towels, and a small cooler. The beds and pillows are comfortable, I would only recommend adding a full length mirror. Although it’s not convenient to the beach, I would stay at this property again. Overall it’s a great place!

Property was exceptional. Immaculate, quality furnishings, furniture, dishes, etc. Location great - pool area adequate but nothing special. People below us extremely noisy until MN interfering with our sleep and relaxation but not an issue with the place. Thank you!

Great Condo and Great Location!
This was our first trip to Marco Island and it did not disappoint. The condo was a great fit for our family of five. We had everything we needed for the beach as well as easy access to the great restaurants in the marina and shops nearby. The condo was very clean and modern and we had a great view from the balcony for beautiful sunsets over the marina. We will look to stay here again was we come back to Marco.

Excellent location
We loved this property. Walkable to shops and restaurants. The view from the veranda was amazing. Very relaxing. The place is beautiful and was very clean. The beds and pillows, excluding the Master, were too hard for my liking. But other than that, it was perfect.

Great until ant infestation
The Esplanade is a great place to stay. The location is fantastic. Upon arrival our unit was perfect. Our second to last day we woke up an noticed ants in the bedroom by the patio door. We called the rental company and they explained it could be from the tree trimmers disturbing the tree and would send an exterminator promptly. We left the unit and came back and the exterminator had been there but left the dead ants on the floor. We cleaned it up and went to bed that evening. In the middle of the night we woke up with ants in our bed. We left the property a day early because there were ants everywhere. We explain this during check out and called to follow up. Unfortunately we never received a response. We will stay at the Esplanade again but probably through another rental company and definitely not that unit.

Property was exactly as described. Beautiful and breathtaking views.
We had two families and it was perfect. The kitchen was great and we ate out on the veranda every night. Nothing like dinner and a sunset to complete your day.
