Everything in the house is brand new and gorgeous. Beautiful pool and spa renovation just completed. House is on Spinnaker Drive just steps from Tigertail Beach entrance.
A luxurious 5200 sq/ft (485 sq. meter) fully air conditioned, 5 bedrooms; two Sleeper sofas & 5 1/2 bathrooms, waterfront beach home with brand new pool, views of canal, mangroves, See the Gulf of Mexico from the upper floors and the widow's walk. SOUTHWEST EXPOSURE FOR GORGEOUS GULF SUNSETS!

There is a fire pit with Adirondack chairs overlooking the dock and water. The dock is huge, and has a lower level that makes getting in and out of our 4 kayaks and 2 SUPs very easy. The home was just decorated with all new high end designer details including beautiful furniture, artwork and linens in every room. There is a new elevator takes you from floor to floor to see the views! The kitchen has everything a chef could desire, all brand new. Coffee machine; Nespresso & Keurig and waffles! The laundry room has new machines. The outdoor dining table and chairs are beautiful and right next to the brand grill.

The first 4 oversized bedrooms each have king sized beds, en-suite bathrooms and huge closets. The master bedroom/master bath has a large jetted tub for two and a large walk in shower and two walk in closets. The 5th bedroom is a large, adorable triple bunk room that sleeps three children. There are also 2 bonus areas with queen sized pull out sofas that can each sleep 2 adults. That’s a total of 15! The bedrooms all have huge amounts of closet space, new bedding and linens. The pool-level bonus room has a ping pong table, a lounge area with a flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The upper-level bonus room has a large flat screen TV, pull out sofa and room for morning Yoga with views of the Gulf of Mexico (brand new yoga mats ready to use!). There is also a Graco "Pack & Play” playpen in the house.

The new beautiful, private heated pool and spa was just completed. The new shellstone pavers add to the beautiful fully screened lanai area complete with all new outdoor furniture including pool lounge chairs, outdoor sofa, seating area with coffee table. The pool overlooks the canal and large dock.

The huge gourmet chef's kitchen includes: Double oven, refrigerator, cooktop toaster oven, dishwasher, microwave; coffee maker, Nespresso machine and a Keurig machine, a blender, garbage disposal and full tableware service for more than 12. It has both counter-top seating for 6 and a formal dining area for 8 guests. The kitchen, dining area, both living rooms, the master bedroom and two other bedrooms all have sliding glass walls which look out and open onto the pool, lanai and dock. Each of these rooms enjoys the famously beautiful Marco Sunsets! There is an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage/pool level.

The living rooms have have new comfortable seating areas. There is a full sized new washer and dryer in a separate laundry room. This beautiful home which is surrounded by all new landscaping has a huge sunny dock (full plumbing and electric) and a beautiful outdoor shower. The dock also has a large fish cleaning table.

The lanai area is perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is outdoor dining area, as well as many comfortable lounge chairs and a seating area for working on your tan, taking a nap by the pool or enjoy cookouts. There is an oversized 3 car garage and long drive way making parking for many, easy!

There is free high speed wifi ready to use for at-home work or school! There are many areas to work from home including a kitchen desk. The house has three brand new 65inch smart tvs.

There are many games and toys for the children including 4 kayaks, 2 stand up paddleboards, numerous life vests, fishing gear, four (4) bicycles, boogie boards and umbrellas. Also, 4 fishing poles and tackle, corn-hole game, and, importantly wheeled beach carriers for the short 500 foot walk to Tigertail Beach. Your family will ask to come back to this home again and again!

Spacious and clean with many amenities

My family of 4 stayed here (2 girls age 13 and 15) with another family and my in-laws. The house was very clean and we had so much space with each bedroom having an ensuite bath. The kids were entertained with more than enough to do between pool, spa, cornhole, kayak, ping pong, bikes, fishing and games! The walk to Tigertail Beach is a little over a mile so not the most convenient unless you just want to get a nice walk in. The beach is absolutely breathtaking with plentiful shelling. Anthony, the owner was very helpful and readily available with any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, the Ospreys had nested up on the chimney so the Widow's walk was closed but Anthony sent us a very generous charcuterie and wine to make up for it ;) We look forward to future visits. Side note: Mangos restaurant is a must, and be sure to rent a pontoon for a day trip to Keewaydin Island!

Just Wow!

Our family of 12 ranging from 5 to 63 had a wonderful time at this wonderful home. Plenty of room so that we weren't on top of each other - we had our own space when we wanted it. Very clean & beautifully decorated with all the kitchen utensils needed for many people. We saw manatees and a dolphin in the canal which was so neat. Paddleboards and kayaks were surely used and enjoyed as well as the pool & hot tub. Bikes, beach toys & wagons were all available for use as well. Getting to the actual beach was a little bit of a hike but well worth the walk. Some of us went through the lagoon but it was a little high for the kids coming back to the house when high tide came in. Pretty close to restaurants, farmers market & stores for anything you would need. Anthony was always available to contact but we really did not need anything to contact him for anything except for how to work the elevator. You surely will not regret staying at this home.

Excellent property in an excellent location

This property was perfect for our family of 11. It had everything we needed and more, it has something for everyone. The pool and hot tub provided hours of enjoyment along with the kayaks and paddle boards. The house is a short walk to Tiger Tail beach and the house has everything you need for a great day at the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Best Adult Kids Vacation

We had an amazing time at this home. It’s huge, clean and beautifully decorated with high end furnishings. We used the kayaks and paddle boards everyday. Quiet and private location. Pool was warm and had plenty of lounge furnature. Anthony was super easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable. Would not hesitate to recommend this house to friends.

Perfect home

11 of us enjoyed this perfect home. 8 adults, 2 and two infants. The home has everything. Ping pong, heated pool, spa, fishing poles, a boat dock, kayaks, paddleboards, grill, pool tous, sand toys. Wow really everything. It is just a few blocks to beach entrance. Bring water shoes. You can walk through a lagooN but must have water shoes. Sandles will jot work!!! Believe me. The house has many living spaces. Everyone was able to enjoy time together or apart. Bedrooms are lovely. My room was the master suite. Wonderful comforter😀. All bed rooms had ensuite BR. We bar b q’ed a few times and had breakfast and lunch in the house. Easy! Grocery store very close. Restaurants are close enough to walk if u want. The communication with the owner was great. He provided many useful tips. For example we needed cribs and height chairs for our youngsters. He referred us to a company where we rented for very reasonable price everything. And they delivered it and picked it up. Bottom line, we loved our week in Marco Island.

Amazing family vacay! 😍❤️🥳

We had such an amazing vacation this week! We live in paradise but rarely have time to enjoy it. So we rented this house on Marco Island (45 minutes from where we live). We lived in the pool, hot tub and at the beach! Daily 5 mile walks on the beach! The house is less than a block from the entrance to tiger tail beach but it’s about a mile walk to the water. But it was perfect for us since we are super active. Kayaking off our dock was a major highlight! Completed 6 puzzles! Watched scary movies! Made S’mores and played games at the fire pit! We wore goofy Shark slides! Had matching personalized towels! And just spent a ton of quality family time together! The house was super clean and huge! Breath taking sunset views off the top balcony! The only thing we stressed about was keeping the white couches clean with all the kids lol! This is a must stay! You won’t be disappointed! 😍🥳❤️🏖

Perfect family vacation for all ages (2yrs - 73yrs)

This house was perfect for our family vacation. There were 11 of us (my parents, 2 brother with their wives and kids, me and bf) and we had plenty of room. We loved sitting around the pool and fishing off the dock - we even saw a dolphin swimming just inches from the dock!! It was also nice that we could all sit in the living room together. More importantly I appreciated that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms so we could sneak away if we needed to relax and not have to wait in line to shower. The location was great but I recommend skipping the lagoon and going directly to the beach. It's a bit of walk from the house so you'll definitely want to use the 4-wheeled carts (total life savers) and you can park fairly close to the beach entrance if you go on a weekday morning. It was pretty hot in mid-june so we didn't take advantage of the bicycles but the neighborhood is gorgeous and in such a convenient location - only a few miles to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, etc. It was our first time using a VRBO so I wasn't sure what to expect but I couldn't have asked for a better first experience. The owner was very friendly and quick to respond to my questions. I highly recommend staying here.

Magnificent Luxury Home

Tigertail Beach was the perfect place for our family of 11 to gather in June for the first time in several years. The house actually enhanced all the good feelings we had in seeing each other after such a long time. Our group of 11 ranged in age from 6 to 83. There were 3 entities: Myself (Gram), my 2 sons and their families. One son lives in Georgia, the other in Colorado, and I and in Washington, DC. The kids on one family are 17 and 19 year old girls, and the other family 6, 23, and 25 boys (+a girlfriend of about 23 as well). The boys live in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Florida. Despite the distance and age disparities, the stay at Tigertail was magical, wonderful, and fun. The house has every amenity geared for enjoyment: enough beds and baths for everyone, fully and generously outfitted kitchen, several inside and outside dining spaces, and especially for me – the elevator! The kids ALL loved the pool, the kayaks, the paddle boards, and the pool games. We easily made our breakfasts and lunches at 450. Some of the group walked to and enjoyed the beach, but a few decided there was too much to enjoy at the house, so returned pretty soon. The various inside living rooms were so conducive to familial interactions that we did not turn on any of the TVs at all! The ample seating in the family room was the site of 2 marathon games of Enhanced 20 Questions. Several of the older kids conducted job interviews from the house, but luckily none had to work-from-home. As the matriarch of the group, imagine my joy of seeing the flotilla of 5 grandkids on the water, 5 grandkids in the hot tub, 5 grandkids playing water basketball with their Dads and 5 grandkids and friend choosing to dine together out on one of the decks, leaving us adults to savor that choice. A day or two after we all had returned home, everyone asked when we can start planning for next year!

We gathered in Marco for our son's wedding celebration. This house was beautiful and spacious. The pool and hot tub area is great. The property is literally down the street from entrance of Tigertail Beach. Just perfect for a visit to Marco!

Very nice stay overall

Property was spacious for my wife and I. Owner informed us just after our booking that property was in process of being sold. This had no impact on our stay. Property needed some updating. Neighbors ac condenser unit next to master bedroom was loud. Pool heater didn’t work but was fixed half way through our stay. Cleaning could have been better upon our arrival. Overall it was a nice experience in a quiet neighborhood.

Marvelous house at Marco Island!!!

The house is very specious and close to the beach. Super quiet neighborhood and very family friendly. We were a group of 7 and loved everything about the house, lots of fun by the pool. Highly recommend!!!

The house was exactly as advertised. I had to contact the owner a couple of times with questions and he was very responsive. I would definitely stay at this property again
