New hotel but some issues
A nice new build hotel butik style. However we had breakfast booked but it wasn’t served as it wasn’t available due to it being a new hotel. Not set up as yet. Also the 2 family rooms booked (2 adult and 2 child) they only had 1 of that type of room So we had to compromise and take an additional room as they also did not have any pullout sofa or beds. We did get to a resolution but I was asked for more money but I refused and they accommodated in the end. Hotels.com was to blamed by management.

Taş bir otel. Rezervasyon yaptığım oda dolu olduğu için alt kattaki taş odayı verdiler. Ama orada 4g vs Wi-Fi çekmiyordu. Sonra başka oda verdiler. Sonra da balkonlu odaya getirdiler. Wi-Fi güçlendirilse iyi olacak çünkü taş olmayan normal odalarda da bağlantı zayıf. Otelin terası mükemmel. Pek vaktim olmadı teras için ama Mardin’in en iyi manzaralarından biri diyebilirim. Otelde ihtiyacınız olan her şey var. Konumu biraz aşağıda ve yokuşta kalıyor. Konumu sorun etmezseniz geri kalan her şeyiyle tam bir fiyat/performans oteli diyebilirim. Çalışanlar da, işletmeci de güler yüzlü..

We’re had a beautiful time there. The people are so in kind. We’re book again the hotel and can recommend that a lot. It’s clean, middle in the old city center Mardin. In front of the hotel is a bus station. They all the time available at the reception. 100 Prozent clean and good! And the price is good also

Otelin en güzel yanı şüphesiz otelin tüm personelleri idi, kapıya çıkıp park yeri için yardımcı olmalarından telefonda güzelce her şeyi açık ve şeffaf bir şekilde anlatmalarından tutun her şey güzeldi. Resepsiyon ve otelin temizliğinden sorumlu olan Günay Ablayı da unutmamak gerek, kendisi çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Onun bu sıcakkanlığı tabi bize de geçti. Otelin teras katı da çok güzeldi mutlaka manzara ve açık hava ile dinginlik için çok iyi bir otel. Otelin odaları çok büyük değil ama çok küçük de değil hijyen ve modernliği tamamen karşılıyor. Bu yüzden en yakın zamanda tekrardan bu otelde rezervasyon yapmayı düşünüyorum. 2 gün kalmayı düşündük ama aksilik çıkınca bir gün tek kaldık yalnız resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok yardımcı olup bizi mağdur etmeden tekrardan ilgilendiler. Bu yüzden mardinde bir otel olsun ama güzel, manzaralı hoş olsun diyorsanız gözünüz kapalı burayı tercih ediniz... Yorumu okuyacak otel çalışan arkadaşlarımıza da şimdiden buradan çok selam söylüyorum:) yine görüşmek üzere...

Uçsuz bucaksız bir manzara eşliğinde uyumak istiyorsanız bu oteli seçin. Kahvaltı dahil değil ama bir terası var orada akşam saati çay içmek çok keyifliydi. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok sevecen insanlar. Biz çok mutlu ayrıldık teşekkürler
