Located 25 minutes north of Le Mans, near the Mancelles Alps and the Perche, the gîte is part of the Domaine de Crottay. Gardens with species of various colors, wooded park, meadows and orchards of this 18th and 19th century property with elegant buildings, offer the natural setting of this corner of nature that the owners like to share. Swimming pool heated from May to September. Tennis, walks, games of hide-and-seek, cabins, sculpted trees: so many delicious moments in perspective for adults and children alike! It is a small natural paradise close to Beaumont sur Sarthe and its shops. The place is ideal for recharging one's batteries but it is also conducive to discovering woodworking and dynamic photography ([hidden]

A fully equipped independent kitchen (2 gas hobs). 1 bathroom with sink and walk-in shower. 1 separate WC. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 intermediate bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Upstairs: entrance hall. Living room-stay with kitchenette (plate 2 electric fires). 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and adjoining shower room and wc and 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed with adjoining shower room and wc. 1 small children's bedroom with 1 single bed.
